Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all purchasing activities including sourcing, negotiation, preparing Purchasing Order, followup and expedite supplier delivery ;
To ensure goods and services are purchased according to company's policies and procedures ;
Prepare weekly and monthly report ;
Liaise and coordinate closely with suppliers, forwarder and internal Sections/Departments to ensure the efficiency of shipping & purchasing functions ;
To undertake any jobs assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or certificates in any field.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
At least 3 Year(s) of related working experience ;
Preferably Mandarin speaking Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing or equivalent.
Self-motivated, responsible, willing to take the multi-task challenge and good interpersonal skills;
Able to work under pressure ;
Aggressively follow-up, coordinate, and closely monitor on assigned tasks.
Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period would be a "definite" advantage ;
Possess a valid driving license.

At least 1 year experience in handling admin clerk work
Honest, Proactive and Hardworking
Literate in Microsoft Office and Excel use
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work with people at all level
Willingness to learn and follow system

Able to guide a team of accounts assistant in company
Able to handle full set of account
Knowledge in HR & Admins
